No Human Access

Per-User IsolationEach user's data is processed in isolated environments. Your memories are never mixed with or accessible to other users.
Automatic Deletion
90-Day RetentionAll processed memories are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 90 days. You can also delete your data anytime.
Secure Payments
PCI-DSS Level 1Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details.

Data Lifecycle
Upload
Your Snapchat data export is uploaded over an encrypted TLS 1.3 connection directly to our secure servers.
Process
Memories are processed in an isolated environment. Overlays are merged with base media, and original dates are embedded in metadata.
Download
Your restored memories are available for secure download. Time-limited signed URLs ensure only you can access your files.
Delete
After 90 days, all data is automatically and permanently deleted. You can also delete your data immediately from your dashboard.
